Great service, good communication and prompt delivery. Excellent follow up with useful, practical advice for keeping my lovely plants thriving.

I had a plant from Patch which immediately started dropping leaves on arrival. I emailed them and was asked what my care routine was - I was following thr directions given. They advised it should settle down. When it didn't and I emailed again, they again said it should settle down and a few months on its lost almost all its leaves and is pretty much dead. I paid a lot of money for a plant that was never right from arrival and they weren't interested in fixing this. I don't recommend them and won't shop here again.

After 3 months my Calathea is looking awful.
It probably arrived with a disease that has taken time to reveal itself with all new leaves being in poor condition.
I’m too late to complain as I was giving it time. If you are at all unsure about the health of the plant that has arrived don’t sit around hoping things will improve with their recommended remedies of wasting time with filtered water rather than tap water. Just get on with logging your complaint or you’ll be stuck with a sick expensive plant you have to bin

Since posting this review an hour ago I have been offered a gesture of goodwill by Patch of a credit note to the value of the unwell plant. I have accepted their offer and feel better about them as a company. I will obviously be giving them another try.

Ordered a couple of plants from
Patch last week and they arrived a couple of days later in really good condition. I’ve been buying plants from Patch for a couple of years now and really like using the company. I also always appreciate how clearly the info is on the website so you can make sure you choose the right plant for different spaces in your home. The follow up info which comes with the plants is really useful too.

During the winter postal strikes in December I had an issue where an overstretched courier didn’t deliver a plant and it spent four days in a freezing warehouse where it died but Patch sorted that out immediately and offered a replacement or full refund so their customer service is great too.

They love their plants, and it shows. Excellent range of plants, excellent quality, brilliant after care instructions, and pretty decent prices too.

I ordered a plant called Wallace a monstera to grow in water.
I was dubious at first as the glass bowl arrived very well package but the plant was flat packed in a plastic bag then jiffy. I was sure if it even survived to would grow crooked.
But a week later he is glorious, looks perfect and already new leaves growing!

Really love this company. Website provides great information on what the plant needs/tolerates, and ordering is easy. Plants always arrive well packaged and in excellent condition.

Fabulous quality plants, useful after care advice. Normally can’t keep a plant going for more than a few months but I’ve had one well over a year now and it’s still looking great ?

Amazing company, I have the most beautiful, fresh, healthy plants and all are packaged in an eco-friendly way with no plastic packaging. Securely delivered I am thrilled with them all, I've even ordered more straight away as I love them so much. You even get support with how to look after them, it's amazing!

Used Patch to send a house-warming present to my sister. Website was clean and easy to use, product and price range was great and the whole process has been a dream. My sister really loved the plant and pot too.
